Farmer turned entrepreneur Martin Hamilton is owner of Mash Direct, based in County Down, Northern Ireland. The company specialises in an innovative vegetable accompaniment range which uses older heritage varieties of vegetables that are steam cooked for ‘that homemade taste’.
