FoodBev's Alex Clere spoke to Anna Williams, a senior research technologist for Fonterra, about the company's consumer milk powders. Market research has allowed the New Zealand dairy company to gain a better understanding of consumer demand for milk powders, and how consumers in different parts of the world use Fonterra's products differently. As Williams explained, this is allowing it to create products that meet very specific targeted needs. |
